About the Beans.
The beans started off during a kirtan practice while in yoga teacher training at Edge Yoga School. When trying to choose a name for our studio band, a student suggested "the healing beams" as in...beams of light. Well, I misheard it and introduced the band to the world as "The Healing Beans."
Here we are roughly five years later...and ready to play for you.

We offer monthly sound baths at the Naperville Salt Cave. Recline back and rejuvenate as you listen to the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls, tingsha bells, chimes…and more. You will be led through a Yoga Nidra body scan during the sound bath which will help balance your chakras. All practitioners are welcome to attend this mindful practice.

Michelle Rae Sobi is the owner of Edge Yoga School & Arts. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with thousands of hours with Yoga Alliance. She has been named an Raj Yogi by the International Association of Yoga, and is a member of the Naperville Art League and Arts DuPage. She aspires to teach all eight limbs of yoga to as many people as she possibly can. All are invited to attend her school of arts that have a song in their heart and a beat in their step.
